The Wicomico Shores Golf Course offers private instruction on all aspects of the game to golfers of all levels - from beginners to more experienced players. This includes instruction for groups and individuals. The course also offers group clinics for beginners that cover the golf swing, rules and etiquette. Clinics are a great introduction to the game! G.O.L.F. Sponsorship Program
The "Giving Opportunities for Local Families" (G.O.L.F.) Program provides an opportunity for individuals and families to contribute to the Recreation & Parks Scholarship Fund. For $25, donors can have names placed on mini "golf balls" on a featured plaque. The plaque is currently on display at the R&P main office in Leonardtown - come check it out for yourself!
The scholarship program generally awards a 50% discount on recreation program registrations to those who meet established criteria.
