The Public Information Office (PIO) will contact you separately before the requested event or meeting to confirm availability. Requests submitted in advance are appreciated; please note any deadlines for registration, etc. so that our team can confirm attendance in a timely manner.

Until you receive written confirmation from the Public Information Office, we ask that you do not use the Commissioner(s) name on any invitations, agendas, or promotional materials for your event.
