Volunteer Service Log

The RSVP Volunteer Service Log is an integral part of our senior volunteer program. Our volunteers complete a service log each time they serve and then submit it to us at the end of every month. We then record this information in our program database so we can track and report the amount of hours our volunteers serve in our community. This information is important to justify and sustain funding at the local and federal level. We also tally this information at the end of each year to recognize and award volunteers for their hours of service at an annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet.
